Samsung Galaxy S5 running slow

[AC Question]

My friend has a Samsung Galaxy S5. He says that when he runs the game Clash of Kings off data/4g connection it is REALLY slow, and it seems almost unplayable. He says its better when he uses his home wifi connection.

He has told me that he's on an unlimited data tariff, so it shouldn't be because he's reached his limit.

It's difficult for me to see the problem because we live far apart. However any suggestions on what the problem could be and how we could fix it are very much appreciated.

Welcome to the forum. I would suggest your friend contact his carrier and have them do a data check for his location. If everything works fine over wifi then pretty obvious the issue is his data connection.
