How can I backup VCOrganizer app?

I use the VCOrganizer Pro app frequently, to store notes, calendar appointments, and much more. I want to back up this app and assume the place to do this would be to the SD Card. I need to know the steps/process how, if possible to do this. My phone is the Motorola Droid Turbo. Thanks

Welcome to Android Central! Unless the app itself has a backup function, you'd have to use some other 3rd party backup solution. Simply copying files from Internal Storage to the SD card might not work, because you won't know which files are crucial (and some of that data might be in protected app directories).

You could try Helium to backup your app data.
