My phone model is Samsung J5 (2016) and I am having serious problems that have made me frustrated over the past few days.
My recent apps button is NOT WORKING. It is still being recognized (I used the number *#0*#) but it does not function.
My notification bar doesn't get pulled down (which normally was) and the settings button in the notification bar does not work. No notifications being shown as well.
Google Play Store does not let me download any application. I asked through their help and NONE of their troubleshoot steps worked!
Before all of that happened, I saw my recent apps button was twitching wherein it becomes enabled then disabled repeatedly as if it has its own mind.
I've done factory reset, clearing cache, and even DELETED ALL MY APPLICATIONS and it seems like the problem hasn't been fixed yet!
I REALLY DO NEED YOUR HELP NOW. PLEASE.
