Axon 7 screen won't turn on, vibrates periodically with red led showing, won't force shutdown either

Just today my phone screen went out and it wouldn't respond to any of the force shutdown commands or the fingerprint scanner. I tried plugging it in to a PC and a wall charger and neither seemed to work. I tried to get to the boot menu (Power + Vol Up) and force shutdown (Power held for 15+ seconds) and still nothing. The phone periodically vibrates every 17-20 seconds with the red notification LED popping up in the top left corner. Anyone experience this before? What should I do?
