HELP...PLEASE!!!!
I restarted my phone because it was going hay wire and i figured this would clear any glitches if there were any. I had done this in the past with no problem...possibly a problem with newer upgrades??? My phone only goes to language option and then Samsung account, I enter the correct account and it then goes to sign in but then to processing failed. I can log into the account thru a computer but I CANNOT get to any other screen on this phone as it is locked! The last post in April 2017 implies if you can get to another screen, i cannot, it is stuck at SAMSUNG ACCOUNT sign in...PLEASE HELP, this is my business phone, i am dead in the water for 4 business days now.
Telling me to change the software etc is impossible unless there is a secret to getting somewhere other than the Samsung Account sign in page on this phone...
