Welcome to Android Central! You'd need to ask that to Huawei. If you have the model that is sold through Consumer Cellular, then you'd have to ask Consumer Cellular as well. Carrier-specific tablets often lag behind on updates significantly, because the carrier needs to approve the update as well (and it's often not worthwhile for the carrier to do that).
