Close running apps screen automatically displayes instead of start screen

[AC Question]

I've just updated my huawei p9 lite to EMUI 5.0 and start screen immediately changes to "close running apps" screen after about a half second.. (the same which comes up when I push the square button, or close power intensive apps notification).
I 've already turned off Power-intensive prompt funtion, but it still goes on. This way I basically cannot use the device for anything.. any advice?
