I got my Nexus 6P delivered today, went through the normal setup process. Upon starting up the device, I was very quickly notified about an update from Android M to Android N. I chose to wait until I had finished downloading all of the apps from my old phone and until my number was carried over before downloading the update.

Now, when I check the update, it says my device is up to date even though I'm still running Android M and when I try to boot into recovery mode to clear the device cache (as has been suggested as a potential solution elsewhere) the device just endlessly loops through the google logo. Help!

Welcome to Android Central! Is it still doing the bootloop, or are you able to boot normally, as long as you're not trying to get into Recovery?
