Why is my email not signing in

[AC Question]

I've tried everything from removing my address up dating my phone and changing my email password and still nothing . This is stressing me out and not the 1st email address I've had to change!!

What is the error? Has the phone been set up already or is this during initial setup? Was the phone bought new or was it previously used? What model phone?
