How can i get original settings of my phone smsung grand prime plus. Why the message unfotunately touch wiz easy home has stopped is coming again and again and i m not able to do anything on my phone. Tell me how can i get original settings

Welcome to Android Central! Are you able to go to the App Manager and disable Easy Home?

Go to Google Play and download another launcher, like Nova Launcher. Then the phone should start working again. (If you don't like Nova, install a different launcher, then uninstall Nova - in that order. You can keep doing that until you find one that you like.)
