My galsxy S5 Sim card not provisioned ?

When I power up my galaxy S5

it notifys me with a message

Saying

( Sim not provisioned )

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN ?

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN ?

It means

A. If the SIM card was provisioned aka programmed by your mobile provider previously, it no longer is.
Which usually means 1 of 2 things
1. You didn't pay your bill
2. The SIM card is dead and you need to get a replacement

B. You got a new SIM card and it's a dud or your mobile provider didn't provision it period or correctly

Either way, contact your mobile provider
