why screen recorded video has no sound

I have recorded a video through AZ screen recorder, it's video plays well but no audio.. Is there any suggestions or tricks to recover it's sound back

Which audio stream are you expecting to record? The app descriptions indicates it will record audio from the microphone but says nothing about audio off the output stream from the device. Is this your first attempt to record with the app or is this a new failure since the update 2 weeks ago?

I used screen recorder while head phone connected, results no sound, but when use it without headphones plugged it plays all well. All want to know is how to recover it's already recorded video sound? If any idea please share.
