Hi, I cant send screenshots on my galaxy s5 via the stock messaging app.
If i download a picture or take a picture, it sends no problem via mms. However the screenshot fails, when sending, and it says service not activated.
I have spoke to EE many many times about this and we have been through every possible network issue and it isn't the problem at their end.
I have also spoken to Samsung tech support who were very very unhelpful and gave me no possible solution or any answers. They instantly dismissed any possibility of it being a handset issue and said it was down to EE. Ignoring me when i stressed the fact i had spoken to EE and it wasn't a network issue and the fact that i could send pictures, just not screenshots.
Be grateful for any input or possible solutions.
