    I have tried to add an exchange account to my Samsung S5 for work. I have accepted all of the security settings I was asked to and yet every time I try to retrieve email (never been successful) I get a message to update security setting which goes nowhere. I have contacted my help desk and they suggested I should talk to my carrier (Verizon). Anyone have any tips for me?
