I just bought a replacement battery for the Galaxy Note 4 because I thought the battery was dead, but when I got the battery for the Note 4, it still doesn't charge when it is on. When it does charge, the phone is off, and buzzes every few seconds with the battery symbol continually. It takes about 12 hours for a full charge and it doesn't even reach 100% so I assumed the battery was dead which is why I bought a replacement. The charger port looks fine and it doesn't look bent or damaged in anyway. I tried multiple chargers so that is not the problem. What could the problem be? Could something be damaged in the hardware of the phone?
