no more access the keyboard to write messages or do any search

[AC Question]

I updated the software of my galaxy S6 last night.
since then I am unable to access the keyboard to write any messages or do any search...
embarassing. please help. is there any way I can go back to the previous version?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using the Samsung keyboard, or a 3rd party one? Does this persist after a reboot? Try wiping the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-21095
