AC Question
Device: Prestigio 5504 DUO Android Version: 4.4.2 Kernel Version - 3.4.67
Apps = Contacts V4.4.2 & Messaging V4.4.2 & Dialler V4.4.2
Symptom= Cannot SMS TXT (using Messaging) to Australia +61, (but using Dialler it works fine). Other local TXT works fine.
1. TXT appears to be sent but never arrives at destination.
2. TXT to Australia worked fine about 2 weeks ago.
3. In Messaging - one problematic contact has been deleted completely and re-entered as +61 but messaging header line insists that number is stored as 0061 etc. The correct mobile number then follows this country code (the 0061).
4. In Contacts this number is stored correctly.
5. Dialler history shows number stored as +61 also.
Outcome: Not a disaster - just an irritating bug...
