Why my keyboard isn't working?

My HTC desire 526g plus mobile is continuously showing "unfortunately, HTC sense input stopped". My keyboard is also not working.How to fix this problem ??

Hello!

This is a fairly common problem with usually an easy fix. Navigate to Settings > App/Application Manager > Keyboard (depending on which keyboard you are using could be gbroad or HTC keyboard or perhaps another 3rd party) > Force Stop > Data/Storage > Clear Cache

A device reboot after this wouldn't hurt either!
