My Samsung j2 system memory is showing 7gb used though I have not installed so many apps Inot my mobile.gallery is not opening due to this.please give me a best solution for this!!

Ive triec downgrading to the older version but due to the updates they have even increased the security features of the phone so cant even downgrade to the old version only option left is GAND MARO SAMSUNG KA
