I hard reset huwei table (dial pad)

Every thing was reset and I cant dial,make and received call again so what's should I do now I'm confused,

Welcome to Android Central! Which Huawei tablet do you have? You were actually able to make phone calls with it before? Most tablets don't have telephony (unless your device is considered a phablet).
