My Moto 4G plus won't work overseas.

I bought it unlocked from Motorola US. I have T-Mobile unlimited plan. My Samsung Galaxy S7 is working fine overseas but not the Moto. It went blank. Anyone had the same experience? TIA!

No bars whatsoever. Usually an unlocked phone will picked local signal. Not this one.
