Hi guys
I recently started experiencing a problem with my Samsung Galaxy S8+ - all of the sudden I cannot control my music from the lock screen. The controls show up as they did before but they do not respond to my touch. I have tried everything that I was able to find on this forum - the notifications are on for the Google Play Music, they are set to show on the lock screen and they are set as priority. I have logged off and on to the GPM and still nothing. I have refreshed the app and once again nothing. I am totally out of my wits what to do. Interestingly enough at the same time another issue arose - I am not able to control the music with the controls on my headphones: forward, backward, skip, stop, pause. As if those 2 issues are somehow related. I would really appreciate any help because I don't know what to do any more.
