Note 4 rooted factory reset questions

I have a Tmobile Note 4 rooted with twrp recovery and stock os, I want to clean my phone once with factory reset but I have some questions before I do that. I have a custom boot and shutdown animation(flashed using twrp), I've changed some settings in the developer option, downloaded & used root apps like cpu overclocking apps, Xtouchwiz, exposed frameworks and more
1: Will there be a chance of bricking when factory reset after deleting/renaming system files,flashing anymation/roms?

2: will factory reset restore the original boot/shutdown animation and uninstalled system apps, original settings?

Yes, there is a chance of it removing the animations. Factory reset will remove any apps you've installed, make settings original, and remove any changes.
