Welcome to the forums. Depends, and, depends. Cloud is a nebulous term that can mean different things. I use Google Drive and have it installed on both my computers and phone, so transfer is seemless. What type of cloud storage, who owns it, and what type of data you're trying to move are all questions. MyFiles can access cloud storage once it's setup, so that is an option.
