I am connected to WiFi and have strong connection but am offline. So I can not make any calls, help?

Are other devices able to connect to the internet through the same WiFi? Is the WiFi yours or is it a public connection of some kind? If it's yours, try rebooting the router.

Some carriers do not allow wifi calling. This shouldn't be a problom if you have service, but if you are on only wifi and get no service, then you may not be able to make calls over wifi. I know at least for me on at&t I have to enable a setting to make wifi calls.
