Can you reorder the three buttons on the bottom of the Droid Turbo 2

I would like to swap the positions of the back and recall buttons on my Turbo 2.

Welcome to the forum. Do you have Nougat? I believe that's required in order to reorder the buttons.

If your phone lets you do this, the option will be in the phone's settings app.
On my LG G4 running android 6.0.x, it is at
settings > display > home touch buttons > button combination
