How do I resolve malfunctioning android system? Process systems not responding and apps cant launch

My infinix_801 Joypad suddenly started malfunctioning. First I noticed, the power button doesnt work at first touch, then I noticed phone going to sleep unneccesarilily. a lot of apps no longer open correctly. I have formatted the phone, reboot to safe mode, reset to factory mode, yet it is stil the same. I can not launch certain apps correctly. even goggle play store isnt working well so I cant even download my lost apps. what do I do

Welcome to the forums. Based mostly on your first comment about the power button, I'd guess you have hardware failing, maybe memory. I would suggest taking to a repair facility and have them take a look as you've already done everything I would have suggested.
