How do i fix my LG tribute 5 invalid battery?

Dropped phone, battery fell out. Put phone back together and now won't work

Welcome to the forums as a new member! I would GENTLY clean the phone's battery contacts with a soft pencil eraser and try again. If that doesn't work, you may have damaged an internal component related to the battery circuit.
