HTC Desire 826 Sense home and Google Play services stooped working

I was listening to my music when my phone switched off by itself and then it restarted my phone and the phone reset to the set up and everytime I tried to set it up back the sense home kept on going but I actually know how to bypass it but the main problem is that my Google Play services doesn't allow me to go to the Play Store to update my Sense Home. I tried updating my Google Play service but because my Sense Home is also having a bad time I'm just stuck at the set up place where you firstly introduced to the phone where you choose your language, Wi-Fi, Phone name and set up your Lock. So anyone can help? It's two problems at once
