    I tried all the advice I found on your forum so far related to this issue, but I haven't found anyone with this particular problem. I don't even get a message on my phone saying "no apn specified" - there is just nothing listed there at all. I've tried restarting the phone, turning airplane mode on and off, removing and my sim card and putting it back... Nothing. Please help!

    Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have, and which carrier? Have you already asked your carrier about this?

    My sons' Moto G 5+ phones and my Samsung Galaxy s5 cannot connect to wifi if we are not in range of a known wifi. When I click the APN on their phones (using TPO, The People's Operator, which piggy backs on Tmobile) , nothing shows up. How can I fix this? I am ordering a new SIM card fir one but the other one is a brand new SIM.
