why i cannot listen sound of voice calls either incoming or outgoing often?

very often my phone gets switch off may be bit press (any physical bodies)touch or sometimes with any reason?

i am happy with its all features....please could you please let me know the reason SIR?
i am in trouble...ASAP

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? What do you mean that the phone gets switched off? Do you mean it's powering off on its own? Or do you mean that the sound from the earpiece cuts out?

Does this problem happen if you use a wired or Bluetooth headset?
