Update available with no option to download

[AC Question]

T-Mobile LG g3 no longer has service running off of Wi-Fi. Says update(marshmallow 6.0) is available but doesn't give me the option to download it. What can I do?

Welcome to the forums. You should have a setting to allow downloads over data connection, but not sure where it would be on the G3. If the wifi on the phone still works (you don't say why its not working) you could try a Starbucks or some other venue that has free wifi. Otherwise, I would get with your carrier and see if they can download and maybe sideload it for you.
