How do I use the background images and sample drawings I downloaded on SNote on my Samsung note 3?

After I downloaded a bunch of new backgrounds and sample drawings in the more features area I tried to use them but Idk how. I've looked at what others have said but it must b for a different version cause I dont have some of the stuff they say I need. I can only select it and delete it, I can't even view it. Someone please Help!
