How come i cannot turn off annoying google talk?

i have accessed the personal tab and found ok google detection it is off they are all off but i cannot now type in messenger or facebook i hate this infernal feature it is fascist

Welcome to the forums. Social apps and notifications can be trying at times, but we elect to join or allow them. You can either remove Talk or turn off notifications from it. That would be done either in Talk settings or the device settings. You really haven't given enough info for me to help beyond that, sorry.
