I've been searching and trying apps that will play back a recorded video (filmed at night time with LG G4) frame by frame in either slow motion, so I can capture a still image of Lightning... but so far none of them displays video frame by frame nor let me capture the "Right Moment" of Lightning...
Does anyone know any app that can do what I want?
By the way, I do know how to screenshot or take still shot while video taping... but it's impossible to do so when the Lightning appears and disappears so fast... (╥_╥)
I hope someone can help me!
