If my samsung galaxy s8 is slightly cracked is it still waterproof?

There is a long slight crack it's somewhat invisible but you can see it at a certain angle

Welcome to the forums. If it's just a surface scratch then it shouldn't matter. If it's a crack, then I would say yes, it would affect the water resistant rating. It was never waterproof.
