    Welcome to AndroidCentral 😃

If you go into Settings -> Date & Time, there are 2 options. "Automatic Date & Time" and "Automatic Time Zone". These 2 options can sometimes get mixed up if you insert a new SIM or possibly connect to a network provider that uses a different time zone.

To avoid this from happening in the future. You can disable both of them and set the Date, Time & Timezone manually.
