No service after Android 7 Nougat update?

[AC Question]

I updated my LG K10 today to Nougat 7 for Android. I noticed immediately after that there was a little x over the bars at the top right of the phone. I have tried everything to get service: Restarting the phone, turning airplane mode on and off, taking out the Sim card, etc. Nothing is working. I am now unable to make texts or calls or receive them. When I try to make a call it says to turn off Airplane mode, but it isn't even on!

Welcome to Android Central! Was this an official system update pushed over-the-air, or did you download it from a website and manually install it?

Try wiping the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-31119
