Calls going to answer machine intermittently

[AC Question]

I have had 2 x 7's and now a S8 &I have had this problem over that last 2 months with these new phones. When calling me the phone is silent and then to answer machine. Also texts fail intermittently . Had no problem on my S5. I copied from S5 to S7's & my current S8 using smart switch. I have cleared cache, run in safe mode and still problem while in safe mode. It cant be the phone as this is the 3rd samsung with same issue. Please can some help me. It is driving me crazy. I live in New Zealand on the Spark/telecom network.

You may want to chat with your network provider and ask to increase the number of rings before it goes to message bank...
