Insufficient storage Google Play Store I have 500 MB remaining

Im am using a Kindle Fire 5th Generation 8Gb With Google Play installed no root

Please Help Me! Whenever I try downloading an update for any app I get an error message telling me my device has insufficient storage when its only 10mb and I have 500mb left. I have tried clearing the cache Please Help!

Because you aren't allowed to go below 500mb. Extra space is needed for the device to run properly since it's needed for cache and stuff when apps are running. Going below 500mb will cause app crashes and instability. So the device is set to stop downloads when the memory is getting low.
