How to completely remove data usage warning bar?

I have a Moto e. Even when I disable/ turn off data limit slider in settings > data usage, Only the limit bar disappears, the data usage warning bar is still there and I can't get rid of it only change the number. I can't just set it really high because it makes the rest if the graph impossible to see. Is there a fix for this? Thanks!!
