Why is there a app transparently open at all times behind everything i do on my samsung galaxy s6

I have a samsung galaxy s6 and for some reason it sets a game that i played in the background of my samsung and it will not go away. you can't see it that good, but it is noticable and very irritating. it is like a wallpaper that literally is every where whatsoever, even if i am on instagram, it is like sitting underneath like a ghost game.

Welcome to the forums. Well, that sometimes happens when you install games, they come with other garbage attached. Have you removed the game?
