HTC One X9 Display Unit Replaced

Dear Friends,

Before few days I changed LCD + Touch Panel of my HTC One X9 after fitting i am not comfortable with new screen .. bcoz touch is not good sometimes it start automatically tapping on screen without my finger and some times it will not tap on screen on some screen areas... please help me how to fix this issue...the main issue is not having spare parts of HTC newer model like x9 available in Pakistan.... so help me pls..

Are you saying that you fitted a part that was for another phone?

nope... it's aftermarket lcd + touch digitizer panel for HTC one x9 ... but i dont know why its giving problem ... maybe fitting is not good or any other problem... please let me know what's the issue from your experience...
