My phone just cut off all of a sudden and red question mark is flashing, what fo i do

Hey, Welcome to AndroidCentral Sorry to hear about your phone not working.

How long have you had your phone for? Also, what phone do you have?

Batteries are not meant to last forever and when they start to fail, little error messages like the question mark start to appear.

I presume you are using the charger that came in the box with your phone?

I would suggest taking the phone into your local repair shop and see if they can either replace the battery contact pins or the actual battery itself.
