There is a blue circle with a white speech bubble in it and I cannot delete it. If I tap it, it turns grey. It talks in a different language. I can move it around but cannot get rid of it. It is on top of everything, every screen. I have a Samsung S4. Please help!
I have this same problem but I have an s5, there doesn't seem to be a 'select to speak' on my accessibility settings page. Please help!
Welcome to the forums. Can you post a screenshot including this icon? Also, see what options are enabled in the different sections of your accessibility settings.
Yeah, that's the 'select to speak' icon. Maybe the name is different in your device or Samsung buried the option in a different section. Try this, open your settings, tap the search/magnifying glass top right, type 'select to speak' and see if it gives you the option.
If it doesn't work check all your accessibility options and sub-menus.
Settings>Apps>General>Accessibility>tap on Touch Assistant and turn off.
Tried all other tutorials and never got anywhere. Tried to get rid of it ( floating icon ,circle with stick figure)this morning on my own and it is gone. Someone told me it will reappear when you get updates.
