Droid Turbo - takes a couple miles into trip to find location

[AC Question]

Strangest thing recently began happening. Phone will search location/say "GPS signal lost" for the first few minutes of use. The current location dot will move to a location close to but not exactly where I am, and eventually after a few minutes/miles, it will lock in. I've turned the device on/off many times. Set Location mode to High accuracy. I recalibrated the compass in Google Maps. Running out of ideas. The same issue happens with MapMyRun.
