Why Does the Samsung J7 screen dim after 10 seconds?

I have the Samsung J7 and the screen light dims in the middle of watching something or of playing a game or anything that takes more of 10 seconds of non movement. I checked the power save and they are both off. The screen timeout is set at 2 mins...nothing! It didn't do this before the factory reboot.

Check in the smart stay options menu, hidden in an extras menu on the settings app. If you don't see any strange option turned on (like the one that detect your eyes and use that info to turn on and off the screen) call Samsung Help Center
