After reseting s8 had two games i never wanted

I just factory reset a galaxy si from att. After setting up, I noticed 2 games on there I never had and never wanted. I assume it may have been done from a manufacturer or carrier update of some sort?

Any ideas?

It was final fantasy xv empire and good game empire.

How great if they are adding more junk for me to uninstall.

I don't have that phone, but many phones come with bloat that can return after a reset even if it's been uninstalled. Just the nature of the beast many times.

Also go into your app manager and look for one called "DT Ignite," which is an app carriers can use to install more bloat apps even after you setup the phone. Make sure you have the option to view system apps on if available, as it may not show up in the default list (my LG V20 is like this). If you have this app, you can disable it to prevent future bloat. It's also a good idea to make sure it's still disabled after system updates, as I've had it enabled again after one.
