acer chromebook cb3-111 trackpad dead

I bought this a few days ago the seller said the battery was dead and needed to be replaced. ||When I plugged it in and signed in The mouse/touchpad was dead. When I called the seller she said everything was working before she did a powerwash. I have done the search-shift P nothing. Then I did the inputcontrol , and it didnt say device 12 or 13. It is a 2015 and my older 2014 cb3-111 gives me the same none info
