same here...The "tap to speak" icon has frozen my phone to where I can't even put my password in. What do I do? I can NOT factory reset as I just got home from vaca and have 200+ pictures I just don't want to lose. I have tried a restart, a power off, take out sim card and battery, nothing will work.
It happened when I was downloading a game from google play. before that my phone was working just fine. Now it will honestly not do a thing. It has a cursor flashing where I should type in my password but the "tap to speak" is covering where the keyboard normally would be. It will not go away.
